KROWCHUK, Mike – Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at Meadows of Dorchester on Saturday January 30, 2010 at the age of 84. Beloved husband of 48 years to Judy Krowchuk. Dearly loved father of Laurie (Les) Flasko and Don (Pam) Krowchuk of Niagara Falls. Cherished grandfather of.Amanda Flasko, Sarah, Benjamin and Daniel Krowchuk. Dear brother of John (Doreen) Krowchuk of Niagara Falls and Dave (Marg) Krowchuk of Tillsonburg. Dear brother-in-law of Anne Krowchuk, Margie (Ed) Webber, Sandy (Dick) Detenbeck and Shirley Hines. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother Jim Krowchuk, his sister Eva Barnett and her husband Bud and his brother-in-law Ron Hines. Mike was a World War II veteran having served overseas with the Canadian Army. He retired from the Norton company as a general foreman after 40 years of service and he was an accomplished golfer and bowler.
